Face coverings must be worn properly covering your nose and mouth throughout the entirety of your appointment.
Every surface will be properly disinfected before and after your appointment.
You will also be asked to wash your hands when you enter the suite or use hand sanitizer.
If you have had symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days, please reschedule.
Cancellation fees due to Covid-19 or illness are waived for the foreseeable future.
